About Museum of Ancient Wonders
An Overview
MoAW, the Museum of Ancient Wonders, offers exhibitions of replicated and genuine treasured artifacts from the world of ancient civilizations and scientifically produced laboratory-cast fossils of important discoveries of prehistoric life.
A new and unique museum devoted to world-wide discoveries in the fields of paleontology, paleoanthropology, and archaeology, rarely experienced outside of larger communities, MoAW was expressly founded to provide access to exhibitions of this nature and scope for residents and visitors of the Coachella Valley on a permanent basis.

From a Boy King to a T-Rex
From the stunning treasures of the boy-pharaoh, Tutankhamun, recreated by Egyptian artisans with access to the originals, and delicate Grecian vessels representing the nation’s national museums, to ancient African tribal ritual masks and sculptures, fossil casts of 2.5 billion-year-old cyanobacteria from New York State, the gaping mouth of a T-rex from the L.A. County Museum, and a skeleton nicknamed LUCY, courtesy of the Institute of Human Origins and the National Museum of Ethiopia, to mention a few, these exhibits span 4.6 billion years in scope.
A Collection Rarely Seen
Comprised of 375 artifacts and fossils, fully curated into 5 distinct and one-of-a-kind exhibitions, the Museum of Ancient Wonders provides an opportunity for visitors of all ages to immerse themselves into the mesmerizing life of the Pharaoh, the legends of Greek mythology, ancient African mysticism and to experience the international fossil record in one of the most comprehensive and diverse fossil collections ever assembled and rarely seen outside of their respective museums.
